Hi Jason,

I have been using Azteca's services for quite some time now. I did extensive research before using Azteca, and I have been in the internet business for over two years now, so I know a bit about ISP and Hosting services.

Here is a summary of what I think of Mario's services: Rated on an "Excellent" - "Good" - "Average" - "Poor" scale.

Pricing: Good

Customer Service: Excellent (Mario is always there to help out if I need support)

Performance: Excellent (In addition to my web businesses, I also work as a graphic designer for a company that uses a T1 line. Azteca's server outperforms it because he has a better connection - and much faster. In fact, sometimes, when the internet is very busy, I cannot get to my other company's site, but I can still reach Azteca)

Mail Services: Excellent (I have never missed an email to date)

Dail-Up: Excellent (I have not received any busy signals. The reason is that Mario's modem to user ratio is high. Many other ISPs have more users than their modems can handle. Azteca is a smaller company, so their dial-up and the server in general is way under capacity. Earthlink, Concentic, PC Magic, and others cannot compete with Azteca on this basis)

Other Considerations: Mario is constantly on top of things and he is always monitoring his system. This is very important to me personally because my web businesses must be up and running at all times.

There are some ISP/HOSTS that are cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I would honestly recommend Mario's services to anyone I know (in fact I do all of the time). Anyhow, I hope that helps you out in your search for web services.
